Общие правила для разговорного клуба

1.1 These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between KOVER school (hereinafter referred to as the "School") and students (hereinafter referred to as the "Students") within the framework of individual lessons.

1.2. The duration of one academic hour is 45 minutes.
The minimum duration of one lesson is 2 academic hours (i.e. 90 minutes).

1.3. Training is organized by calendar months, not by "30 days" from the date of payment. For example, if a student studies in March, tuition is from March 1 to March 31.

1.4. All classes are held according to a pre-agreed monthly schedule, which is prepared in conjunction with the instructor.

2.1 Before purchasing a basic tariff, a student may undergo a trial lessonto get to know the teacher and his methodology.

2.2 The conditions of the trial lesson:

• Duration: 1 academic hour (45 minutes).
• Cost: 400 kroner.
• Format: online or offline, by arrangement.

2.3 After a trial session, the student must inform the school within 2 calendar daysif he wants to continue his studies with this teacher.

2.4 If the teacher is not suitable, the school will organizes a second trial lesson with another teacher free of charge.

2.5 Once payment has been received, the school has until 3 working daysTo schedule a trial lesson (including finding the right teacher and agreeing on a time).

3.1 All classes are paid for in advance - for the upcoming calendar month of training.

3.2 Due Date: By the 27th day of the previous month.
For example:

• May tuition is due by April 27.
• For September, through August 27.

3.3 After the 25th, the school does not guarantee to keep the current time and teacher.

3.4 Without confirmed payment, classes will not be booked and the instructor will not be assigned to the student.

3.5 The tuition fee depends on the selected tariff:

3.6 If a student withdraws early, the school will refund unused classes less an administration fee of 1,000 kroner..

4.1 The timetable of classes shall be drawn up for each calendar month and shall be agreed upon by the 23rd day of the current month.

4.2 Once the schedule is confirmed, it becomes binding on both the student and the instructor.

4.3 If the student fails to coordinate the schedule by the 23rd, the school has the right to:

• Leave the current schedule unchanged.
• Or propose a new schedule based on faculty availability.

4.4. Postponement of classes is possibleif either party has notified the other party at least 48 hours in advance before class starts.

4.5 The rescheduled sessions must be conducted within the same calendar monthotherwise considered used.

4.6 If a student cancels later than 48 hours in advance or simply fails to show up, the class is considered to have been held and will not be rescheduled or compensated.

4.7 Exceptions are possible only if there are valid reasons (e.g. illness), and must be confirmed by appropriate documents (doctor's certificate, etc.).

5.1 A student may take a break or completely stop studying, but only from the beginning of the next calendar month.

5.2 To suspend studying, the school administration must be notified at least 5 working days before the end of the current month.

5.3 If the notification is not received by the deadline, the student will be billed for the next month - even if he/she does not plan to study.

5.4 Resumption of studying is possible upon agreement with the administration and if the instructor has free time.

6.1 If a student wants to change the instructor for any reason, he/she can contact the coordinator of individualized education and the school will find another specialist.

6.2 The replacement of the instructor is carried out within 7 working days of the request.

6.3 If the current instructor for objective reasons (illness, vacation, etc.) can not continue classes, the school will offer a replacement at no additional cost to the student.

8.1 Payment of the tuition fee is considered as confirmation of the student's agreement to these terms and conditions.

8.2 The school reserves the right to make changes to the regulations with prior notice to the student.

8.3 All disputes are resolved primarily in a dialog between the school and the student. In case of failure to settle - in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic.
