4.1 The timetable of classes shall be drawn up for each calendar month and shall be agreed upon
by the 23rd day of the current month.
4.2 Once the schedule is confirmed, it becomes binding on both the student and the instructor.
4.3 If the student fails to coordinate the schedule by the 23rd, the school has the right to:
- Leave the current schedule unchanged.
- Or propose a new schedule based on faculty availability.
4.4.
Postponement of classes is possibleif either party has notified the other party
at least 48 hours in advance before class starts.
4.5 The rescheduled sessions must be conducted
within the same calendar monthotherwise considered used.
4.6 If a student cancels later than 48 hours in advance or simply fails to show up, the class is considered to have been held and will not be rescheduled or compensated.
4.7 Exceptions are possible
only if there are valid reasons (e.g. illness), and must be confirmed by appropriate documents (doctor's certificate, etc.).
