This course will help you learn Czech from scratch so that you can pass the CERMAT entrance exams and study at a Czech school with confidence. You will be able to understand teachers fluently, participate in lessons and quickly adapt to the learning environment.

The course will prepare you for university studies: you will learn skills for understanding lectures, working with study materials and communicating with fellow students. This will facilitate your adaptation and successful study at a Czech university.
General Information
SMART is an intensive Czech language course that will take you from level zero to confident B2. The program covers all key aspects of the language: grammar, writing, speaking, reading and listening. Learning is based on active practice through dialogues, role-plays and discussions, as close as possible to real-life situations. This approach helps to quickly overcome the language barrier, consolidate knowledge and develop practical skills of communication and understanding of Czech speech in everyday life and in the learning environment.

Our teachers have extensive experience of working with pupils and students who are planning to study or pursue a career in the Czech Republic. They not only help you to master the language, but also familiarize you with the cultural and educational features of the country, which facilitates adaptation and increases the chances of successful study at an educational institution.
Course Parameters
📖 Program
The training program is based on the proven training materials "Česky krok za krokem" and "Čeština pro cizince" and includes 720 academic hours. The textbooks are included in the course fee.
💻 Training format
Students can choose the format of the course:
  • Online - learn from anywhere in the world on modern platforms
  • Face-to-face in Prague - classes in the heart of the city center
🗓 Dates
The training starts in two streams:
  • First stream: 29.09.2025-26.06.2026
  • Second stream: 27.10.2025-24.07.2026
🗓 Schedule
Classes are held Monday through Thursday in groups of up to 14 people:
  • In the morning: 09:00-13:15, or
  • Afternoon: 13:30-17:45
